Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 stores in the region. You will drive financial performance while developing high-performing teams and ensuring safety and excellent customer service across locations.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with proven leadership. Candidates should be comfortable traveling and managing multiple priorities, with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with training, coaching, and team motivation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff.
• Drive targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support development.
