Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division is seeking a Distributor Sales Representative based in Roseville, CA, covering the greater Sacramento, Fresno, and Reno territories. The role focuses on managing an assigned customer base, growing sales in the local market, and supporting distributor partners.

You will execute sales plans, train distributors, manage inventory support, gather market intelligence, and develop customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one (1) year of sales, sales support or marketing experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• No relocation assistance; must reside within 50 miles of Roseville, CA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate training needs and product information to optimize Eaton sales.
• Provide customer support on product capabilities, claims and billing adjustments.
• Achieve sales goals and implement sales plans in the territory.
• Support distributor partners with training, inventory management, and order flow.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors and customer needs.
