Job summary

Megadyne Group in the United States seeks a Distribution Sales Manager who will grow sales by developing partnerships with distributors, training staff, and coordinating with product, operations and customer experience teams to align priorities.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in distribution sales or business development, a mechanical/engineering or business background, strong communication, CRM experience, and a valid driver’s license; residence in CT/RI/MA/Vermont/New Hampshire or Maine

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or business-related field; 3-5 years in distribution sales or BD.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication, planning and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work outside normal hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by developing partnerships with distributors
• Provide product training and end-user calls with distributors
• Log customer activity and opportunities in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop products
• Coordinate with Operations to align supply chain with forecast
• Work with Customer Experience for quotes, RGAs
• Drive product specification with OEM targets
