Job summary

Metso is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee the Northeast USA distribution network partnered with Metso crushing and screening equipment. You will drive sales growth and strengthen market share through distributors and aftermarket services.

The role is remote with travel averaging 50% annually (primarily Northeast USA, with some international). You will report to the Head of Capital Distribution Sales, USA and Canada and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and proven success in a commercial or sales role.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial equipment or capital machinery.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders including distributors and end-users.
• Experience with crushing and screening equipment or related services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term collaborative relationships with distributor principals and sales teams.
• Drive sales growth of capital equipment through a Distribution Management Program.
• Use Business Plans and Activity Plans to guide distributor discussions and development.
• Monitor sales and distribution trends and identify opportunities and variances.
