Job summary

BD Diesel Performance is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast region, covering ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, and RI. You will visit customers to promote and sell our growing catalog and deliver excellent service.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role requires travel to customer sites about three weeks per month and involves strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
• Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide product knowledge training to the team.
• Travel to headquarters for product training annually.
• Analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform plans.
• Demonstrate and advise on new product offerings at customer sites.
• Provide customer feedback to the sales and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Visit current and potential customers in the Northeast region to promote BD Diesel's products.
• Back up the Sales Manager with execution of regional sales plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-value accounts and key clients.
• Travel to customer locations about three of four weeks per month.
