We are seeking an experienced Regional Distribution Manager to drive sales growth across a multi-state territory for an established medical device company. The product portfolio consists primarily of medical consumables used within acute care hospitals and ambulatory healthcare settings.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with additional responsibility for developing, supporting, and managing a network of 1099 independent sales representatives and distribution partners throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, ambulatory facilities, distributors, and key healthcare decision-makers.
• Recruit, develop, and manage 1099 independent sales representatives within the region.
• Work closely with distribution partners to increase product adoption and market penetration.

Ideal Candidate
