Qualifications

• Established book of business/clientele is required.
• Understand commercial property portfolio structures.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships that generate revenue.

• Strong ability to forge internal and external relationships.
• Knowledge of construction/design/commercial real estate industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with regional accounts and decision makers.
• Create revenue through sales opportunities on restoration and construction projects.
• Oversee projects as the highest-ranking official on site.
• Review resources to identify leads and client prospects.
• Negotiate and finalize scopes, budgets, and invoices with clients and adjustors.
