BlueTeam is seeking a Project Director to lead regional client development and manage restoration and construction projects across local markets. You will be the senior on projects, driving revenue through proactive sales and ensuring project success from inception to completion.
Responsibilities include developing leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with clients, adjustors, and the project management team.

BlueTeam is a US-based provider of national disaster recovery, remediation, reconstruction, renovation, and roofing services for commercial properties. Our core business focuses on cleanup and mitigation efforts for recovery from fire damage, roof leaks, flooding, pipe bursts, and post-disaster remediation due to severe weather. We exclusively serve commercial sectors including hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, commercial offices, municipalities, multifamily living, and institutional markets."
As a Project Director, will be responsible for developing relationships with regional accounts in their local markets as well as with regional decision makers within company and client accounts. This role will also create revenue through sales opportunities. You will be the highest-ranking official on projects, responsible for developing, overseeing and managing projects that involve both restoration losses and construction projects for clients.
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
