BMS CAT is seeking a Senior Project Director to drive revenue growth, manage projects, and lead teams across disaster restoration and reconstruction services. The role combines sales, estimating, scope writing, and hands-on project execution in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in disaster restoration or related leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance field and office responsibilities while building client trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in disaster restoration, reconstruction, or leadership roles.
• Proven ability to sell, estimate, write scopes, manage projects, and lead teams.
• Strong understanding of mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, and client relationship management.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong accountability.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and execute a customer-focused growth and operational plan.
• Sell restoration and reconstruction services across service lines.
• Lead teams and coordinate field and office staff.
• Prepare estimates, scopes, budgets, and proposals.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and profitability.
• Maintain client communication and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business development to maximize revenue opportunities.
