Job summary

BlueTeam is a US-based provider of disaster recovery and reconstruction services seeking a Roofing Construction Manager to lead operations from inception to warranty and maintain strong client relationships. You will direct project teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Director of Roofing to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires 75% travel, on-site leadership, and 24/7 availability for emergency losses, ensuring profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of construction and maintenance practices and building codes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with estimating and change orders (Xactimate a plus).

Responsibilities

• Direct project teams to meet expectations.
• Financially manage projects, budgets, scope, and billing.
• Prepare and submit change orders with client approval.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor costs.
• Maintain staffing and equipment for projects.
• Lead pre-construction kickoff meetings.
• Be first line of response for losses and emergencies.
