Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and revenue for the company. You will actively pursue leads, nurture client relationships, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, using CRM tools to document the journey.

The role emphasizes strategic client development, collaboration with marketing, and delivering continued value through our disaster recovery and construction services. Extensive travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/customer development lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities
• Familiarity with CRM and inbound/outbound sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the sales cycle for each opportunity/lead.
• Proactively source, strategize, and develop new client relationships and referrals.
• Generate leads and sell new accounts for various company services.
• Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship and drive continued value of our products, technology and services.
• Maintain and develop customer success procedures and best practices
• Support Divisions on development of Customer Success processes.
• Support Sales Division with pre-sales planning and strategies.
• Responsible for Market Research and to identify key target customers, share and contribute with sales organization.
• Work within the CRM to develop client organization and touch points.
• Travel Required to major disaster sites in various areas within the region.
• Travel Required to Client visits regularly, expected to maintain a scheduled plan of visits.
