LensCrafters is seeking a Sr Regional Manager in Buffalo, NY to deliver sales and profit growth across 20-30 locations, combining retail, lab, and doctor services into a superior customer experience.

You will coach Store Managers, recruit top talent, analyze performance, and implement action plans to drive brand standards and operational excellence. Travel up to 80% and weekend work required. Applicants need 8+ years of management and 5+ years multi-unit retail experience.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 5+ years multi-unit retail experience.
• 8+ years management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering positive results and growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Willing to travel up to 80% and work weekends.
