LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sr. Regional Manager to drive sales and profitability across 20-30 locations in the Buffalo area. You will mentor store leaders, oversee operations, and ensure a superior patient and customer experience consistent with the brand.

The role requires 8+ years in management with multi-unit retail experience, strong financial acumen, and up to 80% travel, including weekends. You’ll lead by example and build high-performing teams across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit retail experience.
• 8+ years management experience.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong command of English for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and coaches Store Manager to achieve goals and foster execution of best practices for growth.
• Leads teams through effective performance management to include activities that ensure goals are consistently being met or exceeded.
• Attracts and hires high caliber talent to ensure positions are filled timely.
• Builds a bench of talent internally and externally to be ready for placement.
• Analyses the business, creating and communicating clear action plans that optimize results.
