Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute specific objectives of the Sales Strategy.
• Establish sales targets, manage budget and inventory.
• Talent management: hiring, retention and development of Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, R&D and Regulatory teams.
• Provide oversight of site performance and outcomes.
• Forecast by account, product, and therapy for the territory and plan expenses.
