Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field with regional ops experience.
• Proven track record in people management within sales.
• Experience coordinating regional sales teams and budgets.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with incentive alignment.
• Knowledge of THV products/therapies preferred.

• Coordinate and execute sales strategy objectives for THV region.
• Establish sales targets, manage budget and inventory.
• Talent management: hiring, development and succession plans.
• Collaborate with Ops, Finance, Marketing, HR, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical.
• Forecast by account/product/therapy; plan meetings and expenses.
• Facilitate field to BD/Marketing/R&D information flow.
• Monitor competitive strategies, healthcare economics and regulation.
• Manage T&E budget and regional sponsorships.
