Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a regional leader to plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area, with full profit and loss responsibility and in alignment with company objectives. This role oversees Area Managers and store teams to foster a culture that reflects Dollar General’s mission and values.

You will drive superior customer service, optimize inventory and scheduling, and coordinate with distribution centers to support store growth initiatives and regional sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and area managers in a multi-store environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership and cost controls.
• Proven ability to drive sales through effective store operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities of all stores within the assigned area with full P&L responsibility.
