• Protects Company assets through loss prevention and cost efficiencies.
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities within operations."
• Communicates Company priorities to store teams clearly.
• Trains and develops teams to create strong visual merchandising and product placements.
• Uses technology to improve communication and task execution.
• Develops District Managers for consistent execution of expectations.
• Supports recognition programs to create a fun, rewarding environment.
