• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team across the South West.
• Identify biggest growth opportunities in each team and execute plans to pursue them.
• Develop playbooks and operating procedures to ensure excellent customer experience and efficiency.
• Coach managers and ICs to reach their full potential and standardize leadership practices.
• Collaborate with central teams to roll out initiatives and align regional execution with company strategy.
