Music & Arts is seeking a Regional Director to lead multi-state teams of District Managers and Education Account Managers, driving regional business performance and educator relationships. This role sets leadership cadence, culture standards, and governance for a best-in-class B2B sales and service organization across the region.

The Regional Director will optimize territory coverage, enforce data discipline, elevate educator experience, and drive partnerships that expand student access to music

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of multi-unit or multi-state leadership experience.
Proven success coaching leaders and driving accountability at scale.
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop District Managers to ensure leadership capability.
Own regional performance across rentals, repairs, and product sales.
Develop regional growth strategy using data, CRM insights, and analytics.
Ensure field time, coaching cadence, and pipeline governance.
Champion educator satisfaction and seamless cross-functional experiences.
