Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking a City Leader in Los Angeles to drive regional growth and oversee end-to-end city launch, hiring, and team development. You will lead Account Managers to delight schools, grow usage of Zen Educate’s educators and software, and coordinate with Product, Onboarding, Marketing, Compliance and Sales to ensure district success.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in a customer-facing role with leadership experience, a passion for education, and a bias to action to accelerate revenue

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role and 1 year of leadership.
• Passion for Education.
• Strong bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Define your region's launch and growth strategy with ambitious revenue targets.
• Own end-to-end delivery of a new city including planning, hiring, and launch.
• Lead consistent month-over-month revenue growth in your region.
• Build and coach a high-performing commercial team of Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Educator Onboarding, Marketing, Compliance, and Sales to enable city success.
• Foster strategic partnerships with education leaders and district accounts.
• Own execution and improve logistics and operations for dispatching educators.
