Job summary

Tech Systems is seeking an experienced operations leader to head service operations and technical teams within an assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating technicians and project managers, and maintaining high operational performance.

You will oversee preventative maintenance programs, monitor quality and satisfaction, and collaborate with Sales to drive upgrades and growth across the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronic security or related tech services.
• Experience leading technical, field, service, or project teams.
• Strong understanding of security systems technologies and IP-based systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop field technicians and project managers.
• Manage service delivery, scheduling, and territory operations.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and service agreements.
• Ensure customer systems remain properly maintained and supported.
• Monitor operational performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify upgrade and service opportunities.
• Manage staffing, performance management, and employee development.
• Maintain inventory, documentation, and reporting within company systems.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and customer service.
