Job summary

ADM Security Solutions seeks a Director of Operations to oversee a Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio, driving client relations, employee engagement, and financial performance. You will lead site leaders, ensure contract deliverables, and cultivate a culture of accountability and service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in contract security operations, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, licensing, and regulatory compliance. On-call responsibilities and travel to sites are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing contract security guard operations preferred.
• Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Must be flexible as position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Criminal background check, motor vehicle records check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Admiral and client representatives.
• Proactively manage accounts and ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Manage financial performance incl. payroll and billing reports and identify improvements.
• Develop, challenge, and motivate site leadership teams to reach targets.
• Ensure employees maintain active security licenses and renew on time.
• Build relationships with law enforcement, vendors, and community organizations.
