Job summary

Tech Electronics is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead service delivery across a defined region. This role ensures prioritization of all fire and life safety, security, communications, and AV service requests, coordinating between customers, service coordinators, and field teams to resolve issues efficiently.

As an exempt leadership position, you will drive continuous improvement, manage escalations, and keep regional leadership informed of risks and decisions while aligning with sales

Qualifications

• Four or more years in low-voltage systems such as fire alarm, security, healthcare, or AV.
• Four or more years in a service coordination, dispatch, or technical leadership role.
• Experience managing service queues and client commitments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional service queues and prioritize tickets by urgency and obligations.
• Review service requests for scope, accuracy, and completeness.
• Perform high-level technical triage on fire alarm, security, communications, and AV systems.
• Ensure timely assignment and dispatch of qualified technicians.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and dispatch team.
• Handle escalations and inform leadership of risks and actions.
• Coordinate with customer service to obtain work order information and materials.
• Monitor SLAs and inspections to keep systems compliant.
