Job summary

Sensormatic Solutions, a Johnson Controls division, seeks a Retail Security Territory Manager to lead installation and service operations across a multi‑state region. You will manage 8–12 technicians, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety, cost control, and high service levels.

Reporting to the Regional Field Operations Manager, you’ll mentor staff, ensure licensing compliance, and align with Sales to meet customer commitments. The role requires strong analytics and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of field, construction, and management experience.
• Valid provincial or state licenses as required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet).
• Knowledge of construction costing models, NEC, and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee installation/service operations across the territory.
• Monitor workload and optimize resource planning to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate schedules, site surveys, and subcontractor resources.
• Mentor field service technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety standards, licensing and quality expectations.
