- Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and leading high-performing field teams.
- Experience developing regional or market growth strategies and delivering against ambitious commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- Build exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, and developing Provider Partnerships Managers.
- Coach and develop talent through field travel, in-market coaching, feedback, and hands-on development.
- Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities and guiding regional wins.
- Deliver commercial results by achieving referral, growth, and regional performance goals.
- Lead executive partnerships with health systems and provider organizations to strengthen relationships.
