Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Regional Director to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities in Michigan. You will guide onsite Community Managers, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue growth while upholding company values and ensuring exceptional resident experience.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and the ability to manage and develop remote teams across the state. Site visits and collaboration with construction/marketing are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community management or regional leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in property management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to coach remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess operations, risk, and maintenance.
• Oversee annual budgeting aligning with company expectations and market conditions.
• Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers; foster a customer-centric culture.
• Analyze community performance metrics and develop action plans to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to drive leads and timely delivery.
