Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Regional Director to join our Operations team in the Michigan market. You will oversee a growing portfolio of multifamily communities, drive occupancy, revenue growth, and manage expenses while upholding our high standards of resident service.

You will guide onsite Community Managers and Area Managers, ensuring financial performance, compliance with company policies, and leadership that supports a positive living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community management with regional leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in property management or related field.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership, able to motivate remote teams.
• Proficient in RealPage, MRI, and Power BI for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess operations, risk management, and maintenance.
• Oversee annual budgeting process aligning with company expectations and market conditions.
• Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with construction and marketing on lease-up communities.
