Continental Properties is seeking a Regional Director to join our Operations team in the Michigan market. You will oversee a growing portfolio of multifamily communities, drive occupancy, revenue growth, and manage expenses while upholding our high standards of resident service.

You will guide onsite Community Managers and Area Managers, ensuring financial performance, compliance with company policies, and leadership that supports a positive living experience for residents.

Continental Properties is looking for a Regional Director to join our Operations team in our Michigan market . Are you an experienced leader in property management looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities? As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing your growing portfolio of communities. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, managing expenses, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will provide guidance and leadership to onsite Community Managers, ensuring compliance with our company values and operating procedures, while fostering a positive living experience for residents. We are seeking candidates located in Michigan

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess operations, risk management, and maintenance of properties within the region
• Oversee and execute the annual budgeting process, ensuring financials align with company expectations and market conditions
• Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers, supporting their development and fostering a customer-centric culture
• Analyze community performance metrics, develop action plans, and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Collaborate with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to generate leads and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery

Skills for Success

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management, with prior experience in a regional leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management or a related field
• Strong financial acumen, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams
• Proficiency in property management software platforms such as RealPage, MRI, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting

Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include bonus potential or other forms of compensation and benefits.

Comp Range: $120,000 to $140,000
