Continental Properties Company, Inc. seeks a Regional Director to join the Operations team in the Michigan market.

You will oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities, guiding Community Managers and ensuring revenue growth, strong customer service, and adherence to company values. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while collaborating with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to drive occupancy and ensure quality delivery.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management, with prior regional leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in property management or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including managing remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site visits to assess operations, risk management and maintenance across the Michigan region.
• Oversee and execute annual budgeting processes to align with company expectations and market conditions.
• Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers, fostering a customer-centric culture.
• Analyze community performance metrics and develop action plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
