Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead Multifamily Operations in the Chicago, Detroit, or Milwaukee markets. You will manage community operations, drive revenue, control expenses, and build strong teams across portfolios, reporting to the Portfolio VP.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, mentor managers, and ensure exceptional resident service while achieving budgets and NOI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of community management experience; regional experience preferred.
• Experience with RealPage platform desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive all community operations including revenue management, expense control, financial planning and management, marketing plans, team development, and resident relations.
• Ensure the integrity of the communities, motivating teams and fostering an empowering work atmosphere.
• Conduct business in accordance with policies and laws governing the industry and employee management.
• Travel to assigned communities within the region up to 50% of the time.
