Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nursing Engagement to lead patient experience initiatives across multiple accounts, with substantial travel. You will coordinate with nursing leadership, drive satisfaction metrics, and align with financial goals and growth plans.

The role requires building relationships with nurses and clients, guiding on-site teams, and developing action plans to improve service quality regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration and/or business or equivalent
• 3–5 years’ experience in health care operations, health care support services, nursing or behavioral health preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task essential
• Proficient in Windows based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
• Fiscal and budgetary skills

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 80% to manage patient experience initiatives across accounts
• Track financial incentives, penalties, and reporting tied to patient satisfaction performance
• Maintain client satisfaction to ensure account retention and growth
• Develop, customize, and monitor department/unit patient satisfaction action plans
• Improve regional patient satisfaction performance by promoting progress and marketing success
• Conduct frequent on-site audits of high incentive/high risk accounts to confirm implementation of strategies
• Build strong relationships with nurses and clients across the region
• Collaborate with on-site management to execute the regional patient satisfaction plan and its implementation
• Coach and evaluate on-site Patient Experience Managers; provide feedback for growth
