Job summary

CAMS is seeking a full-time Regional Director to lead on-site operations in the Charlotte, NC market. You will mentor a team of Community Managers, drive client satisfaction, and meet financial and operational goals while growing our regional client base.

In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate with Business Development, HR, and process leaders to improve service delivery and maintain strong relationships with board presidents and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in HOA/POA management/supervisory role.
• CMCA required; AMS and PCAM strongly preferred.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Leadership qualities and mindset for managing people and output.
• Excellent reasoning, planning, and time-management abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee and manage performance requirements for On-site Community Managers.
• Promote CAMS brand and foster new business growth within the region.
• Communicate with Community Association Board Presidents; maintain relationships with clients.
• Monitor account management processes and suggest improvements for quality, efficiency, costs.
• Provide leadership to plan and execute company strategies and operations.
• Oversee continuous quality improvement and recruit/retain high-quality staff.
• Coordinate with Regional VP and Senior VP to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and develop team members.
• Ensure adherence to service agreements with customers.
• Lead efforts to increase CAMS market presence and network with local vendors.
