Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Director of Community Association Manager to lead operations, staff development, and client retention across a nationwide portfolio with focus on the East Coast. You will mentor CAMS and ensure financial and regulatory performance while building strong relationships with boards, homeowners, and internal stakeholders.

This full-time, on-site role in Charlotte, NC involves travel and oversight of budgets, audits, and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Association management experience (HOA/POA/COA) preferred
• Developer portfolio experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls/emails within 24 hours
• Directly supervises CAMS & ACAMS and other staff
• Lead portfolio team and manager touch-base meetings
• Develop client retention strategies for watch list and key accounts
• Review monthly board packets for content and structure
• Coordinate board and membership meetings and nurture board relations
• Oversee budget reviews and regulatory compliance
• Oversee property inspections and follow-up on issues
