Community Association Management is seeking a Regional Manager in Charlotte, NC, to lead a team of Community Managers and support staff across an assigned region. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with governing documents, and uphold service standards to improve neighborhood quality of life.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Community or Homeowner Association Management.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage people and processes.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Community Managers and/or Team Leads.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Promote productivity standards and performance excellence in alignment with company goals.
• Foster positive team dynamics and conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings.
• Provide support on portfolio management as needed, ensuring high service levels.
• Monitor timekeeping and approve time off in coordination with HR.
• Conduct internal reviews, handle escalations, and assist with client retention.
• Oversee preparation and implementation of operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure alignment with state laws and governing documents.
• Attend and support board and annual meetings as needed.
• Guide Managers through vendor management and financial oversight.
• Conduct site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement standardized processes and best practices.
• Represent the organization in business development efforts.
• Serve as a training, compliance, and community strategy expert.
