Job summary

Community Association Management in Charlotte, NC seeks a Regional Manager to lead a team of Community Managers across the region. You will ensure exceptional service to managed communities while upholding company standards and governance documents.

You’ll oversee hiring, training, budgeting, and performance management, with travel to various communities as needed to support operations and leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Community or Homeowner Association Management.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage people and processes.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Community Managers and/or Team Leads.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Promote productivity standards and performance excellence in alignment with company goals.
• Foster positive team dynamics and conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings.
• Provide support on portfolio management as needed, ensuring high service levels.
• Monitor timekeeping and approve time off in coordination with Human Resources.
• Conduct internal reviews, handle escalations, and assist with client retention.
• Oversee preparation and implementation of operating and capital budgets.
• Attend and support board and annual meetings as needed.
• Guide Community Managers through vendor management and financial oversight.
• Conduct community site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Travel as required to support regional operations and leadership visibility.
