Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a dedicated HOA Community Manager in Tempe, AZ to provide exceptional homeowner services and oversee a designated portfolio. You will manage CC&Rs and governing documents, coordinate with boards, vendors, and residents, and drive financial reporting and budgeting efforts.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in HOA management, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years: Experience as an HOA Community Manager encompassing all of the following: customer service with problem-solving, seeking harmony and defusing conflict.
• Experience working with HOA's or other entities that involved knowledge and enforcement of Governing Documents.
• Contract administration and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Read, review and understand Association governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations) and relevant statutes; collaborate with management team for compliance.
• Interact with homeowners, developers, vendors and service providers to maintain high quality customer service.
• Prepare and submit bid specs and work orders, draft communications to owners, and manage events with Board approval.
• Review, analyze and present monthly management/financial reports and coordinate with accounting on discrepancies.
