Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Regional Director of On-Site Communities to lead and develop a portfolio of HOA communities. You will mentor Community Managers, ensure compliance with governing documents, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with boards.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Community Management or supervisory roles.
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience managing budgets, financials, HR and personnel matters in HOA settings.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision and mentorship of On-Site Community Managers.
Recruit, hire, train, and place staff and provide annual performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and governing documents.
Develop and maintain relationships with client boards and managers.
Coordinate staff assignments and evaluate performance; communicate increases when appropriate.
Overssee board packets, communications, and annual meetings; handle escalated homeowner issues.
