Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. in the Indianapolis/Cincinnati region seeks a Regional Manager responsible for the performance of multiple-store operations (Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring).

You will build high-performing store teams in partnership with Store Managers to deliver a Legendary customer experience and solid financial results. You must lead strategically, analyze key metrics, manage budgets, drive regional sales, and ensure consistent brand execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience successfully leading retail teams or equivalent.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy to maximize sales and drive consistent performance across all stores.
• Coach store leaders and ensure alignment with brand standards and initiatives.
• Manage store and regional budgets effectively and monitor financial metrics.
• Oversee real estate insights and market planning to optimize store footprint and traffic.
• Conduct competitive market visits and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements.
