The Regional Manager oversees the performance of multiple-store locations in the Tailored ecosystem, including Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring. You will build high-performing store teams in partnership with Store Managers and report to the Zone VP of Stores, while residing in the Greater Denver Area near a major airport.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills with understanding of site analytics, sales and financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to lead multi-level teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional teams to achieve sales, profitability and other financial targets.
• Develop and implement regional strategy to maximize sales across stores.
• Monitor store performance and coach managers on reporting and improvements.
