Job summary

Tailored Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager for the South Central region (Indianapolis/Cincinnati area). The role oversees multiple-store operations across Retail, Rental, Custom, and Tailoring, aiming to build high-performing teams and deliver a Legendary customer experience.

The RM reports to the Zone VP of Stores and will travel as required, leading initiatives to improve sales, profitability, and store performance while upholding brand standards and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading retail teams or equivalent experience.
• Strong decision-making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple-store operations to achieve regional sales and profitability goals.
• Develop store leaders and teams through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Analyze regional performance using store reporting and financial data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer experience and brand standards.
• Travel to stores within the region as required to execute initiatives.
