You will lead store teams, coach managers, and partner with executives to ensure a Legendary customer experience and strong operating results. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and the ability to analyze financial data, staffing, and market dynamics to optimize regional outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing retail teams.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills.

• Analyses regional metrics and guides store managers with reporting.
