Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple-store locations in the Greater Chicago area, driving sales, profitability, and a legendary customer experience.

You will lead store teams, set expectations, coach leaders, and partner with internal stakeholders to maximize opportunities. The role requires travel and a focus on inclusion and performance across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience successfully leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a deep understanding of site analytics, sales and financial data.
• Creative, and business savvy with good judgement.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business plans, including sales, profitability, and other financial metrics.
• Develop and implement regional strategy to maximize sales and drive consistent performance across all stores.
• Coach and develop store managers; ensure leadership alignment and accountability.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and real estate insights to optimize store coverage and performance.
• Conduct store visits and partner with stakeholders to execute marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Drive an inclusive culture and focus on Legendary customer experience across the region.
