Job summary

Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. in Burlington, IA seeks a Director of Services to lead a team of direct care professionals and oversee HCBS settings. You will drive compliance, supervise staffing, and coordinate across regions to support individuals in achieving life goals.

The role is in-office with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation. You will maintain records, ensure program quality, and partner with stakeholders to provide person-centered services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of direct care teams and regional programs.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage onboarding and ongoing training.
• Experience maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and personnel management across the assigned region.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and operational oversight based on needs.
• Ensure programs comply with agency policies and governing requirements.
• Oversee programming and ensure alignment with individual service plans.
• Engage stakeholders, manage referrals, admissions, and on-call duties.
