You’ll join a care team, collaborate with supervisors and programmers, and help implement individualized plans with creativity and compassion. This entry‑level role offers flexible shifts, comprehensive training, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), and opportunities for advancement

Age requirements: 16+ for SCL, 18+ for HAB settings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HCBS Supervisor and Programmer to develop individualized goals and provide direct support.
Use approved behavioral strategies to support individuals with challenging behaviors.
Complete Iowa Code‑compliant documentation in Setworks, recording interventions and responses daily.
Provide hands‑on support in home and community settings, including daily living assistance and transportation.
