Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. in Burlington, IA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals to achieve personal goals across daily living, community participation, and recreation.
You’ll join a care team, collaborate with supervisors and programmers, and help implement individualized plans with creativity and compassion. This entry‑level role offers flexible shifts, comprehensive training, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), and opportunities for advancement
Qualificações
- Mission-oriented mindset and passion for empowering individuals.
- Willingness to learn in a changing caregiving field.
- Strong communication with team and individuals served.
- Age requirements: 16+ for SCL, 18+ for HAB settings.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with the HCBS Supervisor and Programmer to develop individualized goals and provide direct support.
- Use approved behavioral strategies to support individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Complete Iowa Code‑compliant documentation in Setworks, recording interventions and responses daily.
- Provide hands‑on support in home and community settings, including daily living assistance and transportation.
