Job summary

Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking an HCBS Programs Administrator to support people in home-based services in Iowa. This role leads teams, coordinates services, and ensures respectful, person-centered care while maintaining compliance and documentation.

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an on-call rotation and necessary flexibility to cover site homes. A strong focus on empowerment, independence, and community collaboration guides daily work.

Qualifications

• Confident and able to advocate for others while following leadership.
• Age 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team culture through meetings, coaching, on-call participation, and coverage.
• Manage resources including vehicle usage, budgets, payee processes, medication checks, and scheduling.
• Coordinate person-centered services with CBCM/IDT; develop plans, assess, document.
• Communicate service changes; document interactions and foster community partnerships.
• Maintain compliance, documentation, and advocacy to promote independence.
