Job summary

WareSpace is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee 7–10 properties within a designated region. You will lead on-site General Managers, ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, multi-site experience in commercial real estate, and willingness to travel regularly to WareSpace locations. You will collaborate with construction, leasing, marketing, and finance teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial property or operations management experience.
• Experience managing multiple sites and teams across a geographic region.
• Industrial real estate experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of General Managers across assigned properties.
• Drive execution of operating plans, budgets, and company initiatives at the regional level.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor property condition, team performance, and tenant engagement.
• Maintain responsibility for tenant retention, issue resolution, and satisfaction across the region.
• Partner with leasing team to support occupancy goals, leasing strategy, and local deal execution.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development of new GMs to ensure operational consistency.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and budget performance for all assigned sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, leasing, marketing, and finance teams.
