Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a strategic Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of residential communities and lead General Managers across multiple sites. The role emphasizes operational excellence, client relationships, and high-performing teams, working closely with Executive Leadership and boards.

The position involves driving regional goals, financial oversight, and ensuring exceptional resident experiences while traveling to properties and representing WRMC at boards

Qualificações

• 5–7+ years of experience in property operations or hospitality leadership.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CMCA/AMS/PCAM designation preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and work extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of properties.
• Lead, coach, and support General Managers across multiple communities.
• Partner with Executive Leadership to establish and achieve regional goals.
• Build relationships with Boards of Directors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Travel regularly to properties and attend Board and community meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Assist with onboarding new accounts and support new business development.
