Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multi-site operations in a fast-paced, growing company. You will own takeover processes, optimize property performance, and implement best practices across Resman and other platforms.

The role requires 5–7 years of third-party property management experience, multi-site leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree. You’ll supervise budgets, leasing strategies, vendor relations, and staff development while driving occupancy and NOI.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of 3rd party property management experience as a manager.
• 2+ years experience as 3rd party multi-site manager or area manager.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university.
• A laptop to use for work purposes (implied).

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class operational performance and zealous service to owners.
• Own the takeover process and assume operational control after close.
• Promote operational efficiencies via training on property management software (Resman, Coupa).
• Develop operating budgets, forecast rental income, revenues, and expenses.
• Provide operational support and training to Property Managers with regular reviews and reports on financials and occupancy forecasts.
• Communicate with leadership to develop new best practices.
