Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations for 12 restaurants in the market.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate managers; drive performance targets.
• Ensure adherence to Taco Bell Operating System and Brand Standards.
• Collaborate with Area Coaches to improve sales, profit, and guest satisfaction.
• Address ER issues proactively and maintain high safety and compliance.
