Job summary

The Director of Operations at Taco Bell reports to the General Manager and oversees all aspects of operations, including people, customer experience, sales and profitability across 12 restaurants. You will recruit and develop area coaches, ensure compliance with Food Safety and Brand standards, and lead initiatives to grow brand performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years restaurant management experience with strong people development.
• Corporate restaurant company - field operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple managers of high-volume units.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple restaurants to drive people, customers, sales and profits.
• Hire, train, coach, and support managers; set standards and goals.
• Ensure execution of the Taco Bell Operating System and Brand Standards, including food safety.
